CLONAL SELECTION

Own clones from mother plants

HARVEST

Clusters are harvested perfectly healthy in the first ten days of October, picked by hand into small boxes containing approximately 15 kg of grapes.

VINIFICATION

Grapes are destemmed with selection of whole berries.
Fermentation and maturation take place for 40 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
The entire process, from the vineyard to vinification, is carried out manually without the use of energy.

ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION

A white wine with a straw-yellow color. Fruity, carrying hints of its maritime origins.
Rich in delicate nuances: white peach, plum, a light touch of almond, complemented by floral hints and aromatic herbs such as rosemary, sage, lemon balm, and melissa.
On the palate, it is very fresh, with pronounced mineral sensations, citrus notes, and a delicately savory finish.
